We tend to have problems with my hermes around here – parcels always damaged, and 99% of the time are found about 5 miles down the road in a ditch about a week after they should have arrived! If they do happen to actually drive past the house, they will chuck the box over the hedge rather than put it by the front gate (or god forbid, actually come up the drive to the front door!)

I lost my best friend to drink driving aged 18, and then I spent three years at agricultural college where it was common place and I watched another two friends die in drink driving incidents – people learn far too slowly from other people’s mistakes for some reason.
I’ve reported people before and I would again, it ruins people’s lives.

That is a classic work related stress scenario. You do not need to be on medication to be signed off for as long as it takes to recover your Mo Jo. Write it all down for the GP as you will always forget bits then answer the questions truthfully. You will do yourself no favours by trying to be brave, if you cry that is OK they see it rather a lot. The most important person in this is YOU!!!!
Been there, got the T-shirt Sadly twice and it was 3 months off both times, work got majorly bo**ocked and told to improve many many things Occupational health were involved by me demanding it. Hope you feel better soon but make you your number 1 priority.PM me if you want any info

Thanks everyone. Apparently I renewed contract online last October. I have absolutely no recollection of this, I have no confirmation emails and there was nothing on my account to say this, however I am now not able to access that to look again. I think probably my mistake and I will need to learn from this.
I am totally appalled at their customer service tho. I have now set up a gmail account and have just spoken to them and they have updated it. I have been told this before and will wait for an hour (as adviced) and check it works before cancelling with bt. Bt asked my previously supplier as they cancel for you. They do occasionally pay charges for cancelling accoubt early but not in this case as no promotions on at the moment. I will be more aware when contract comes to an end and cancel it then.
UPDATE: Well I tried to cancel order with bt and they said they will pay the charges up to £300 so all good!
