well Ive not cleaned my washing machine filter at all and Ive had it 4 years. My tumble dryer filter I clean after every use. I would definitely go back to the shop you got it from, that seems unrealistic to have to do it so frequently.

      No surprises for me either…

What do we expect when the the bulk of foods in supermarkets is highly processed, high in sugar, high in fat, high meat consumption (every meal), high dairy consumption.

The whole of the developed/developing world has turned its back on natural foods in moderation. Everything you see is wrapped in plastic and full of preservatives.

Not only is it highly polluting to produce these foods, but it’s also highly dangerous to eat so much meat and dairy… this country isn’t as bad as America but intensive farming is the TOP cause of pollution on this planet and yet you won’t see Greenpeace or any other organisation blaming farming. Because they get sponsored by the food producers that use these farms for meat and dairy.

There’s so much hypocrisy the mind boggles but it’s all tied to profit-making corporations making money out of people’s appetite for more easy-food. Yet, the NHS spent £16b on obesity related conditions. More than the police and fire services combined. Thats our money. If the HCPs had any say on public health, heart surgeons would probably tell us to cut out processed food, cut down on intensively farmed meat and dairy. I used to hear it regularly in talks at Diabetes UK when I worked in CV.

I think Mary has the nub of it, she’s lonely. I fear, however, that you are not there to entertain her and after six days, I would have been done for murder.

I can manage two nights, max, of anyone, even my best mate who I adore (she’s a show jumper, so happy to do yard stuff) It’s just the whole entertaining thing. I feel I can’t even put on the laundry and I should be taking people to places constantly.

I consider the welfare of guests to be paramount, but six days is taking the proverbial. Next time, tell her you can do two nights max and if/when she moans, suggest that she stays in the b&b next time or maybe drive to meet her halfway for lunch instead.

I find hormones affect my dreams massively. When it is a few days before I am due to start, then my dreams get more and more vivid and often very active – lots of running and finding things. They are often like I am viewing myself on TV – almost in the third person. But my hormones or anxiety really send my dreams odd!

I rarely ever drink on nights out now – I live rurally & it costs an arm and a leg to get a taxi there and back. If I had a penny for everytime someone suggested ‘just have one, it won’t hurt’ I’d never worry about my pension again.

Having a friend whose relative was that was killed in a crash when the other driver had a drink but was under the legal limit, I won’t even risk one. It’s drink or drive, as simple as.

I only drink at home – less anti-social than it sounds, as we regularly have friends over!

As random as this may sound, it may be worth getting your Vit.D levels checked. Do you get cramp in your feet or legs? My feet hurt like mad when my vit D was low and got better when my levels came back up and in fact I tend to use the foot pain as a barrometer of when my levels dip again.

BT will set up a new contract, and pay the balance on an existing contract in order for you to move over to them. I moved in November, as talk talk were useless, and my broadband was delivered via wet string.
