Ouch, £40 is a lot of money to waste. Your better off going to see your doctor and getting some NHS insoles made just for you to ease your foot pain rather than risking it with sites like that. Wearing dodgy insoles can make plantar fasciitis worse.
Maybe instead of just throwing them away just send them back in the post and then do a paypal chargeback or something?
