My tumble dryer filter I clean after every use. I would definitely go back to the shop you got it from, that seems unrealistic to have to do it so frequently.

Do you get cramp in your feet or legs? My feet hurt like mad when my vit D was low and got better when my levels came back up and in fact I tend to use the foot pain as a barrometer of when my levels dip again.
