I know when I worked for a retailer in their call centre years ago that if the delivery was late and it was yodel I may as well just refund delivery straight away, give them a voucher and apologise a lot.

I have had stuff delivered by yodel though that has arrived on time in recent years so maybe they are improving slowly.

I’d suspect the owner hasnt fixed it as he was that greedy he just wanted the rent money, and not to actually spend any money on doing the required work to the property
